Module 32 – Regulating Biologics and Veterinary Vaccines

This module provides the accredited veterinarian with an overview of regulation of vaccines 
and biologics in the United States. The approval and monitoring processes for biologics are 
described. Information is provided on how an accredited veterinarian can access specific 
biologics information provided by the Center for Veterinary Biologics (CVB). Communication 
mechanisms between the CVB and accredited veterinarians are provided.
