Selling Your Veterinary Practice: Corporate Partnerships

There are over 70 Corporate Consolidators in the veterinary market backed by private equity and high-net-worth individuals.  Competition among these groups has elevated practice values.  Increasing interest rates, a possible recession and labor shortages has had a negative influence on practice values. It is still a seller’s market. Corporate partnerships involving the seller and, many times, the associate veterinarians at the practice, are becoming more and more common.
