- We will utilize my spinning prize wheel that has been turned into, “The Wheel of Fun”, to choose the topics we discuss during the session.
- Topics range from simple ideas like staff valentines or ways to get your clients involved in appreciating your team to an all-out Veterinary Olympics or a full Team Week!
- Each idea comes with a to-do list and a budget so you can easily start planning right away!
- We will also discuss how I implemented each idea and the reactions or feedback from my team.
- Each participant will leave with a QR code link to my presentation to go back and reference the fun!
- Each attendee will gain the knowledge of why engaging and appreciating your employees is crucial to a successful business and a positive workplace culture. They will come away with the tools to bring a positive and fun atmosphere to their clinics and how to utilize that trajectory to grow their business and bond their teams.
