Darci is a credentialed veterinary technician with more than 26 years of clinical experience and has maintained her Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS) certification in Anesthesia and Analgesia for over 20 years. She is currently employed at Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she contributes to didactic instruction, clinical laboratories and case management of small animal anesthesia cases. In addition to her academic and clinical roles, Darci serves as the Executive Director of the Academy of Veterinary Technicians in Anesthesia and Analgesia. She is also a co-owner of Veterinary Anesthesia Nerds, LLC, where she supports professional engagement and continuing education within the veterinary anesthesia community.
