Dr. Jennifer Bruns is the Senior Director of Medicine at PetSmart Veterinary Services (PVS), specializing in the personal and professional development of veterinarians. With over 25 years of experience, she has held leadership roles in hospital operations and in coaching and mentoring veterinary teams. Dr. Bruns earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Preventive Veterinary Medicine from UC Davis. Outside of PVS, she is actively involved in veterinary education, presenting on topics such as mental health and business development, and volunteering with organizations that support the future of veterinary medicine.
