Dr. Jill Bullis is currently working as a Veterinary Medical Officer for USDA’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service/Veterinary Services in Field Operations. Her area of coverage is northern New York and has the added perk of traveling through the Adirondacks and up near the St. Lawrence Seaway on a regular basis. Prior to holding a position with USDA’s Veterinary Services, Dr. Bullis was a Veterinary Medical Officer with USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service working in a multi-plant assignment. Dr. Bullis started out her career and worked for many years in a mixed animal practice in Lowville, NY.
