Ken Jorgenson, CARR’s COO, leads several of the company’s key corporate initiatives, including marketing, recruiting, training, corporate partnerships, events and sponsorships, mapping and demographics, and brokerage operations. Since joining CARR in 2015, Ken has served in nearly every corner of the business, giving him a unique, ground-level perspective on what drives the company, its people, and its growth. Today, he leads teams that support CARR’s agents, clients, and strategic relationships across the country, while also representing the firm through speaking engagements, industry partnerships, and national initiatives focused on helping healthcare providers maximize profitability through real estate.
