Dr. Selmic is an Assistant Professor of soft tissue and oncologic surgery at Ohio State University. She graduated with a Bachelor’s in Veterinary Medicine from the Royal Veterinary College in 2004. Following two years in private practice and an internship, she completed a residency in small animal surgery at Texas A & M University. Next, she completed a clinical fellowship in oncologic surgery and a Master of Public Health degree with focus in Applied Biostatistics at Colorado State University. She was an assistant professor at University of Illinois for 5 years before she moved to work at Ohio State University.
