Raj’s journey has been marked by his ability to drive growth and transformation in both veterinary and dental sectors. His leadership has seen organizations through complex restructurings, successful divestitures, and significant capital expansions. Raj’s knack for accelerating growth is evident from his impressive track record. He played a pivotal role in growing a dental organization into the 4th largest in the USA and quadrupling the size of a veterinary organization within just three years. His experience includes overseeing more than $350 million in transactions, navigating through various business cycles, and setting record profitability during challenging economic periods. As a trusted advisor, Raj is passionate about helping business owners achieve their personal and financial goals. His deep understanding of what corporate buyers seek allows him to position businesses for maximum return. This expertise, combined with his corporate consolidation background and a strong team has made myVETgroup a standout in veterinary practice representation. In recognition of Raj’s achievements, he was featured on the cover Top 100 Canadian Professionals magazine. Raj is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the Edwards School of Business and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Simon Fraser University. He also completed the Scaling Ventures program at Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Raj enjoys spending time with his family, including his beloved King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Oscar. He starts his mornings with a run, makes waffles with his daughter on Saturdays, and loves hitting the golf course whenever he can.
