Dr. Rebecca Windsor, DVM, DACVIM, is a board-certified veterinary neurologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience and numerous scientific publications. She works with Ethos Discovery, a nonprofit scientific incubator, as a Clinician Scientist leading the neurology research portfolio and House Officer Project Coordinator. In 2025, she joined Gallant as the Director of Veterinary Affairs, advancing veterinary regenerative medicine through the development of FDA-approved off-the-shelf mesenchymal stem cell therapies for pets and educational platforms highlighting the science and therapeutic potential of stem cell therapy.
