He earned his BS in Agribusiness from Arizona State University and his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois, followed by a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery. A former hospital owner, Dr. Ainsworth also owned Bark Avenue Pet Resort and has led Bark Avenue Pet Supply for 7 years, expanding it to three locations since 2018. He brings proven experience in combining veterinary expertise with retail success, creating thriving stores focused on high-quality care, client education, and operational excellence.
