He began his distinguished career in 1988 after earning a BA in Criminal Justice from the University of North Florida and graduating from the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA. Over his 30-year tenure with the DEA, Jack amassed extensive experience across all facets of complex criminal drug conspiracy investigations. His leadership in dismantling numerous drug trafficking organizations—both domestically and internationally—earned him numerous awards and commendations. Jack leads TITAN Group, a DEA regulatory compliance consulting firm recognized for providing exceptional services across the human and animal healthcare industries. He has guided TITAN in assisting hundreds of clients, helping them avoid or reduce fines, prevent registration losses, and resolve supplier issues.
