Dr. Stephanie has been practicing medicine for over 10 years after receiving her degree from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine. In addition to being a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Fear Free™ certified, and a Certified Peaceful Euthanasia Veterinarian, Dr. Stephanie trained in veterinary acupuncture at Chi University in 2019 and has been practicing acupuncture ever since. She started Gentle Journey Vet Care, an in-home palliative and acupuncture practice based out of Brooklyn, NY, in 2024 after lengthy and emotional hospice care for her own dog Tembo. She knew she wanted to offer that level of customized and thorough care for other guardians and their pets.
