Dr. Tomas Infernuso is a board-certified small animal surgeon and founder/medical director of Animal Surgical Center (ASC), a network of specialty surgical hospitals in New York. Originally from Europe, Dr. Infernuso completed his veterinary education in Spain before pursuing advanced surgical training in the United States, including internships at the Animal Medical Center in New York and a surgical residency at Long Island Veterinary Specialists. Since becoming board certified in 2011, he has focused on advancing minimally invasive and specialty surgical techniques while building innovative referral-based surgical practices. His professional interests include orthopedics, regenerative medicine, and advancing patient-centered veterinary surgical care.
