Win has spent nearly a decade advising veterinary practice owners on the business and financial aspects of ownership and sale. As COO at Ackerman Group, he leads marketing strategy and works directly with veterinarians throughout the sale process. Previously, Win served as Chief Growth Officer at Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), where he led marketing, business development, and data initiatives that drove years of industry-leading growth and earned VPP a spot on the Inc. 5000 list. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
