How can I make changes to my registration?
You can edit your registration details at any time by calling us at (646) 437-9080 or emailing vetshow@closerstillmedia.com. If you choose to email us, please make sure to include your full name and registration code in the body of the email.
Alternatively, you can also make amends to your pass onsite.
Are there labs available?
Yes, we do have labs available at New York Vet. You can view all lab opportunities here. Please contact us at +1 (646) 437-9080 or send an email to vetshow@closerstillmedia.com to register for labs or for further assistance.

You will receive your conference pass(es) via email 1-2 weeks prior to the event. We highly recommend that you print out your email with the QR code so that you are able to go into the express registration line at the show.

Per our Terms & Conditions, your Event ticket fee is non-refundable (this includes Online Events) and should you decide that you can no longer attend the Event, we will not reimburse you for any expenses, losses or costs that you have incurred in relation to the Event. If you are not able to attend once you've registered, your pass is transferable to another member of your practice at any time. Please contact us at (646) 437-9080 or email us at vetshow@closerstillmedia.com to transfer your pass.

You will require a visa to enter the United States if you are not a citizen or eligible national of a Visa Waiver Program country. While registering, indicate in the designated section that you require a visa letter and this will be emailed to you upon completion of your registration.

Service Animals (as defined by the ADA) are always welcomed. Policy and restrictions regarding animals may vary depending on the venue. All our attendee badges are encoded with your name, address, phone, organization, and email address (if applicable). Exhibitors obtain this information only if they scan your badge in the exhibition. If you do not wish to share your information, please do not have your badge scanned.

Will I be able to access and print notes for my sessions prior to the Conference?
As a registered attendee you will receive access to session notes available online through VIN prior to the conference. Details will be sent via email.

Back to topI can't find the password to access the online proceedings. What should I do?
Proceedings will be available closer to the event date. Once they become available, we will notify you via email. If you have received a notification but cannot access the proceedings, please contact the VIN team for assistance at proceedings@VIN.com. VIN will be available to help at New York Vet at their booth.

If you need to print any notes you will be able to do so in the business center at the Javits Center. Please be aware that only a few print-outs are allowed per attendee.

How many CE Credits will I receive?
You can earn up to 16 CE Credits over the course of New York Vet. Your total CE Credits for the event will be automatically calculated based on the number of sessions your badge was scanned at. For this reason, it's important that you make sure that your badge is scanned before every session you attend. If you attend two sessions in a row in the same theater, you must exit to get your badge scanned and then re-enter.
Is the conference RACE-approved?
Yes! The American Association of Veterinary State Boards RACE committee has approved CloserStill Vet US LLC to conduct continuing education programs. Our business courses qualify for CVPM credits, as authorized by the VHMA.
CloserStill Vet US is also an approved sponsor of CE for veterinarians and veterinary technicians in the state of New York (NYSED) for the New York Vet program.

Following each conference day you will receive an email listing the total hours of CE you have gained from the previous day, calculated via badge scans. These will be sent out Friday and Saturday morning. If you notice any discrepancies in tracking, please email us with the details at vetshow@closerstillmedia.com, and we will be able to update the hours for you post event.

Where do I pick up my event materials?
Please collect your attendee bag at the registration area. This includes your Show Guide, Passport Program, pens, and other information from our sponsors and partners.
