Submit the below form in order to do so. Children will not be permitted at New York Vet if this form has not been submitted in their name.

Please note, babes-in-arms are permitted in conference sessions, however we ask you to step out should your child begin to cry. Any child that is not in an on-body carrier will not be permitted into a conference session. Strollers are not permitted within the conference sessions.  

Private lactation space will also be made available for all attendees and guests in the New York Vet Mother's Room—helping you reclaim valuable time and enjoy the show to the fullest! You'll be able to reserve space via the US Vet Shows Mobile App or by talking with the room attendant that will be onsite, outside the Mother’s Room.

I acknowledge that I am filling out this release of liability on behalf of myself and any minor children under my care who will accompany me at the New York Vet Show, organized by CloserStill US, LLC. I agree to supervise my children at all times during the event, taking full responsibility for their safety and well-being. I hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless CloserStill US, LLC, its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims arising from my participation in the event. This includes but is not limited to personal injury, property damage or loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. By submitting the form below and checking the "Liability Consent" box, I confirm that I have carefully read and fully understand the terms of this release of liability. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the New York Vet Show and agree to hold harmless the organizers from any and all claims or damages that may arise as a result of my attendance at the event.
